Grass-Fed & Finished : We source our suet from a local Michigan farm that uses sustainable practices in raising their beef, which is 100% grass fed and finished.

Small Batch : Not all tallow is created equal - which is why we pride ourselves in creating only the best. We render and purify our tallow -twice- ourselves before using it in our recipes.

Simple Ingredients : We are intentional with our ingredients and keep recipes simple. When we add beneficial oils, they are organic and have purpose.
